ProMotions Football Training Camp will be two hours of learning fundamentals, techniques, speed, agilities & position specific drills. The first hour will consist of a fundamental progression of each position. The second hour will stress speed & agility, combined with specific drills. The goal is for each student athlete to become a better football player and get a proper conditioning education through this program. REGISTER TODAY!!

ProMotions Training Academy is still running great discounts for teams looking to get an early start on their Little League season or teams continuing their winter training for your upcoming travel or school seasons. Discounts are available for multiple tunnel rentals and multiple week training sessions. ProMotions is fully equipped with tees, L-screens, hitting & pitching tunnels, pitching machines and many other training aids. Hitting, pitching, catching and fielding trainers are available upon request. Individual tunnel rentals are available if you just want to take some swings or throw.
