The Strength, Speed & Agility Program is an intensive, player position and sport specific customized program for ALL SPORTS, whether in-season or off-season. The program specializes in speed, agility and core strength training for male and female athletes of all ages through the professional level.

Designed to develop all athletes, the program strengthens and enhances the player pursuing BASEBALL, SOFTBALL, FOOTBALL, WRESTLING, TRACK & FIELD, BASKETBALL, HOCKEY, VOLLEYBALL, SWIMMING, WATER POLO, SOCCER, FIELD HOCKEY, LACROSSE, TENNIS, RUGBY.... and more. Team training available for all sports, all ages, all levels of play.
The Pro Motions Speed & Agility school is taught by none other than the Prestigious PARISI SPEED SCHOOL. Pro Motions is pleased to deliver it's students the proven knowledge and reputation of such a successful, intensive training program.
Team and Group training is scheduled to begin this November 08. We look forward to sharing this program with teams in our area.
