The stronger you are, the more muscles you'll have, thereby increasing endurance, bone density, strengthening the athletes joints and giving the athlete an overall healthier body while teaching persistence, sacrifice, self control and self-confidence. SPEED TRAINING is essential in developing velocity, mass, acceleration, force, momentum and increased energy. AGILITY TRAINING promotes the ability to change the body's position quickly and efficiently, builds stamina, reflexes, strength and coordination.
Pro Motions has teamed up with EverFit Training bringing our athletes a program incorporating all three essential components to develop the athlete in his or her entirety, thereby maximizing their athletic ability along with their sport specific training. Our program is designed to help out athletes perform at their highest level of ability on a consistent basis.
